3DX Dentist specializes in the education and training of dentists, dental specialists, dental hygienists and dental industry representatives in 3D dental imaging technologies and the use of these technologies for the diagnosis, treatment planning and performing of 3D dental treatment procedures on dental patients. Examples of such technologies which 3DX Dentist currently runs training programs in are the areas of GALILEOS and XG3D Cone Beam x-ray imaging, CEREC cad cam dental imaging and restoration design and manufacture, 3D precision guided implant surgery and the integration of all three of these technologies in the treatment planning and performance of precision guided implant surgery.

3DX Dentist runs training and mentor programs for dentists and dental auxiliaries wanting to train in these exciting dental technologies in small group sessions. Small group training sessions allows for intensive one to one mentorship along with the ability to view other clinician’s cases and to learn from each other.

3DX Dentist is currently contracted by both individuals and large corporate organisations in the training of dentists and dental auxiliaries in:

•  Cone Beam Computed Tomography – Principles and Implementation in General Dentistry

-1 day introduction to both hardware and software CBCT technology and its utilization in general dento-alveolar diagnostics.

•  Precision Guided Implant Planning and Implant Placement

–   4 day intensive hands on training of dentists in the use of CEREC– GALILEOS Integration in dental implant planning and the use of Sicat precision surgical implant guides in the placement of implants in their own cases.

• 3D Digital Restorative Solutions

–   3 day didactic and hands-on training of dentists in CEREC and APOLLO DI cad cam technologies and the use of these technologies in restorative dentistry.

•  Mentorship in CEREC, GALILEOS Implant Planning – Precision Guided Implant Surgery – CEREC Restoration

–   5 session intensive programme over six to eight months taking a limited number of clinicians through the complete CEREC, GALILEOS  implant planning,  Precision guided implant surgery,  CEREC restoration process on their cases
